Everything you need to know about how we get your order to you. Standard delivery is £3.99 per order, and personalised cards ship free. Estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout so you’ll know what to expect before you pay.

UK delivery only. We currently don’t ship internationally. All orders are delivered to addresses within the United Kingdom.

Delivery Options

Standard — £3.99 Arrives within 2–3 working days after dispatch. Our most popular option for non-urgent orders. Express — £5.99 Arrives within 1–2 working days after dispatch. Good middle ground if you need it fairly quickly. Next Day — £8.99 Arrives the next working day after dispatch. Order before 1pm for same-day dispatch. Free Delivery — Personalised Cards Only Arrives within 2–3 working days after dispatch.

Lead Times

Personalised and made-to-order items need production time before they’re dispatched. Lead times vary by product type. Same day dispatch: Non-personalised official merchandise Within 24 hours: Greeting cards and selected mugs 1–3 days: Engraved items, printed items, and candles 3–5 days: Clothing, ceramics, and printed glass

Christmas & Advent Orders

Advent calendars ordered before 2pm on a weekday are dispatched next day via DPD. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will arrive Monday or Tuesday. During the Christmas rush, all other delivery times may take a little longer than usual. We’d recommend ordering early if you need something by a specific date.

Good to Know

No receipt in the box. Orders don’t include any pricing or order information, so they’re safe to send directly as gifts. Deliveries run Monday to Saturday. No Sunday deliveries. Not all delivery options are available for every product. The options for your specific items will show at checkout. Delays can happen. We do our best, but courier delays, bad weather, and busy periods (especially around Christmas) occasionally push things back. If your order is time-sensitive, go for express or next day. Estimated arrival dates show at checkout. These factor in both the lead time and your chosen delivery method, so you’ll know roughly when to expect your order before you pay.
