Dispatched same day: Non personalised Official Merchandise
Dispatched within 24 hours: Greeting Cards and Selected Mugs
Dispatched within 1-3 days: Engraved, Printed Items and Candles
Dispatched within 3-5 days: Clothing, Ceramic and Printed Glass

Is the receipt in the order?
Orders are not dispatched with any receipt/order information so are perfect to send directly to the recipient.
Additional Information
Orders are delivered Monday through Saturday.
During busy times of the year, like the run-up to Christmas, delivery times may take a little longer. We recommend placing your order early to avoid delays.
Please note that not all delivery upgrade options are available for every product. The options available to you will be displayed at checkout.
