Prague Bike Tour

Prague City Bike Tour

We explored the scenic streets of Prague by bike on the first day we arrived, as we thought it would be the best way to get to know the city.

We strapped on a helmet, hopped on a bike, and set out with our guide to learn about the historic centre of Prague. It really was an enjoyable ride through Old Town Square, the Jewish Quarter, Prague Castle, and more.

Below you will find out about the city bike tour and how you can do the same.

Stop At:  Mijn Praag Tours
At the meeting-point you will choose a bike and helmet, making sure everything is set for you, and then start your comfortable ride through one of the most beautiful cities in Europe.

Stop At:  Stare Mesto (Old Town)

The first stop is at the old town square where you are given an overview of the historical beginnings of Czech Republic. You will admire the Astronomical Clock, The Old Town Hall, Tynchurch, Jan Hus and much more.

Stop At:  Josefov
Your second stop will be at the Jewish Quarter, Josefov. Here we were told all about this district and they will show you the most important sights.

Stop At:  Letna Park
You will ride up to Letna Park, where you will have a coffee break at the famous Letna Beer garden. Here you can have a coffee or soft-drink and admire the most amazing views of the city.

Stop At:  Royal Garden

After riding through Letna Park you will arrive at the Royal Gardens where, if not too busy, you can have a look inside (we did not do this). History and facts will be told by your guide making the place really come alive.

Stop At:  Prague Castle

Here you will enter the Prague castle with your bikes. This is a pedestrian zone so we had to walk the bikes through the castle district. Every important sight is shown and shared. Here you will also have a look at the famous St. Vitus Catherdral as well.

After all this, the tour is over and you will return to the start of your tour.
